Greek Yogurt Sauce
This yogurt sauce is good for gyros, as a grilling baste for lamb and pork, and a dipping sauce for chips.
Ingredients

- natural yoghurt1 1/2 cup
- lemon juice, freshly squeezed1/4 cup
- extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup
- oregano, dried2 tbsp
- garlic, minced1 tbsp
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, freshly ground; to taste
- red onions, small; finely diced1/4
- rosemary, fresh; finely chopped1 1/2 tsp
- flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped2 tbsp

Method 2 steps
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until relatively smooth.
Pour into your dipping bowl, and serve with a Greek-style dish.
