- tabasco sauce3 drop
- bacon, strips; very thin and lean
- cracker crumbs, very fine crumbs or dust
- butter

Method 4 steps
Beat the egg with the Tabasco sauce.
Dip bacon in the egg mixture, and roll in cracker dust.
Add butter to a frying pan over medium heat. When pan is well heated, add the bacon. Fry until golden brown.
Flip bacon over, cook the other side, and serve on a napkin.
