South Side Fizz
A south side fizz is the same as a traditional south side, but with soda water.
Ingredients

- gin1 1/4 fl oz
- lime juice1/2 fl oz
- sugar syrup1/2 fl oz
- mint2 sprig
- soda water

Method 5 steps
In a shaker, muddle the mint, lime juice and simple syrup.
Add the gin and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
Stir until frost appears on the outside of the glass.
Fill with club soda and garnish with another mint sprig.
