Bison Loaf
Bison loaf is a meat loaf made from bison instead of beef.

- soft bread crumbs, from about 2 slices of bread, or 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs1 1/2 cup
- egg1
- 1% milk, 1%1/2 cup
- onion, chopped1/2 cup
- green pepper, medium, chopped1/2
- Worcestershire sauce, optional2 tsp
- garlic powder1 tsp
- salt1/2 tsp
- pepper1/2 tsp

Method 3 steps
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Form meat mixture into a loaf or pat into a lightly-oiled loaf pan.
Bake in a 300°F (150°C) oven for 45 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (72°C).
