Burrito Mix
This burrito mix can be used to fill tortillas and make burritos.

- whole onion, whole, diced1
- black beans, rinsed1 can
- corn w/ juice, with juice1 can
- diced tomatoes1 can
- salsa, any heat intensity1 cup
- instant rice1 cup
- water1 cup
- taco seasoning1 packet

Method 3 steps
Brown the meat and onion in saucepan.
Mix in black beans, corn, tomatoes, salsa, rice, water, and taco seasoning. Simmer until done.
Use as a filling in burritos.
